ScaDak does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

ScaDak and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, ScaDak does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product shipped to you by ScaDak is not as described or not what you ordered, it is your own responsibility to return it in unused condition following the ScaDak returns policy.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the product, ScaDak does not accept returns once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise, unless organised otherwise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandle by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned.

ORDER PROCESSING

We endeavour to dispatch orders swiftly, usually within 1-5 business days for processing. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately. If orders are large/bulk orders, that could require different shipping arrangements, we will notify you. Generally, orders are fulfilled within 10 business days post-payment. Although we can suggest a delivery date, it’s not guaranteed. For urgent orders, please contact us before purchasing.

SHIPPING

ScaDak will arrange for shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer.  ScaDak will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier.

We will use our best efforts to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible after the end of the sale. Delivery will be made via Australia Post as our preferred shipping company and the use of third party affiliates and/or substitute shipping companies, and the estimated delivery times may vary according to your location from 2 to 7 business days. We use the best possible estimated dates given the information we have been provided by our suppliers and partners, however many factors are outside of our control and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame. Individual order status can be tracked.  We may charge shipping and handling for each sale you purchase from ScaDak unless otherwise stated on the website.  Due to the nature of our business, we may consolidate orders where possible from more than one sale.  For these orders shipping and handling charges will remain unaltered.
